Little Movers

Ages 2-4

A gentle movement class made just for little bodies. Through yoga-inspired poses, music, and imaginative play, children stretch, move, and explore while building balance, coordination, and confidence.

This class is all about moving with joy — no pressure, just play.

Session 1 - 6 Weeks - February 17th-March 26th - 45 minutes

Week 1: Animals on the Move
Week 2: Stretch & Reach (up high / down low)
Week 3: Balance & Bodies (one foot, slow steps)
Week 4: Dance with Scarves/Ribbons
Week 5: Shapes with Our Bodies
Week 6: Flow & Freeze

Session 2 - 8 Weeks - April 14th-June 5th -  45 minutes
